Sandra Eades is a Menang Noongar woman from South West Australia. She is a doctor and researcher with a concern for Country and the health of Aboriginal people. Sandra grew up on sacred Menang country breathing in the scent of eucalyptus leaves and clay soils. She watched the red and white gum trees ooze their sacred sap across the seasons. She experienced the salty spray of south westerly rains and grew nurtured by family and country. Her art flows from her deep love and respect for County and is a meditation on sacred earth.
